What we can help with
We respond to factual corrections, requests to update stale external links, editorial suggestions on scope and tone, and press enquiries about the site or its coverage. We are happy to talk to journalists writing about the offshore casino market, to security researchers working on operator disclosures, and to academics working on gambling policy.
What we cannot help with
We do not adjudicate disputes with casino operators. We are not a UKGC-licensed operator ourselves, do not accept wagers, and have no relationship with any casino brand. If you have a dispute with a UKGC-licensed operator, contact the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS) and, where relevant, the UK Gambling Commission. If you have a dispute with a non-UKGC operator, the escalation route is the operator's own complaints team followed by the licensing authority (Curaçao GCB, Anjouan, or MGA).
Problem-gambling support
If you are contacting us because you are worried about your own gambling or someone else's, please contact GamCare on 0808 8020 133 (free), the NHS National Gambling Clinic (via the NHS), GordonMoody (residential treatment), BeGambleAware or GAM-Anon (for affected others). These services are staffed by trained specialists. We are an editorial site and are not equipped to provide that support directly.
