Cookies we set
None. The SF Info editorial site is a static site. It does not use a session backend, a shopping cart, a login, an analytics vendor or an ad network. It therefore has no reason to set cookies and does not set any. If you visit the site in an incognito window with no browser extensions active, you will find no cookies against this domain.
What "no cookies" means under PECR
The Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), as enforced by the Information Commissioner's Office, require consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary. Because we set no cookies, no consent is required and no cookie banner is shown. This is a deliberate simplification of the compliance footprint.
Cookies from browser extensions

Server logs
